Superman Zipline in Pokhara
Superman Zipline in Pokhara has launched in October 2021. Superman zipline is different from the classical zip line as it is done in a superman position. The upper station of the Superman Zipline is in Sarangkot at the height of 1550 meters above sea level and the lower station is at Hemja and the distance of vertical drop between the two stations is 600 meters. By now Superman Zipline of Pokhara is the fastest zipline in the world. It will take 1 minute for the Superman Zipline to traverse the 1,850-meter distance of the world’s longest zipline at an average speed of 140 kmph. There is no other place in the world so fast, steep and long-distance. Now you can reach the bottom in about 50 seconds.
Duration: 2.5 hours to 3 hours includes the whole process: departure from Lakeside until return back to Lakeside including Zip Flyer.
Weight Limit: 35 KGs to 140 KGs
Safety Restrictions:
• Age Range: Adults and Children aged 13 and older only.
• Children: Children between the ages of 13 to 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf.
• Weight: All riders must weigh between 35 kgs and 125 kgs.
• Footwear: Secure closed-toed shoes are a must.
• No alcohol may be consumed by the rider prior to taking the ride.
Zipline will not be allowed to use in the following cases.

KATHMANDU: The zipline and sky rope cycling construction in Tanahun Parewa Danda (Pigeon Hill) is nearing completion.

Tanahun Pigeon Hill will have a zipline and ‘Sky Rope Cycling.’ Pigeon Hill Resort and Fun Park, which opened in 2012, has expanded its offerings to include ziplining and sky rope cycling.
Bivek Sapkota, the resort’s owner, stated that the zipline will be ready in a few days and that the sky rope cycling will be completed within the month of Kartik (Oct/Nov). By crossing the Madi River, we were able to put a 500-meter zipline into operation.
“It has been arranged to reach Chintu Danda from Parewa Danda or Pigeon Hill,” he says, “and testing of 200-meter sky rope cycling at a height of 90 feet is currently underway.”
Similarly, he claims that the zipline fee is 1,500 and the sky rope cycling fee is 1,000 (two-way). Sapkota stated that the resort has only budgeted 1 crore 25 million for zipline and sky rope cycling.
The resort is located 5 km north of Damauli in Pigeon Hill. The resort is spread across 10 ropanis and currently has structures built on 4 ropanis.
Similarly, he claims that in the next two years, there are plans to add luxury rooms, a swimming pool, a children’s fun park, and other structures.
Aside from that, a massive swing is also in operation at the resort. Sapkota claims that the swing has been in operation for two years. Swing can be played by people weighing up to 90 kg, according to him.
